GTC & booking info of the thermal hotel Bad Füssing

  • Your booked room or suite will be ready for you from 2.00 pm on the day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am on the day of departure.
    You are welcome to use the wellness area on the day of departure for a surcharge of € 35.00 per person.

  • You can make an advance payment at any time. Please settle your bill on the day of departure by 11.00 am at the latest. You are also welcome to pay the evening before by 7.30 pm. We accept EC- or Maestro Card, Master- and Visa Card. Of course you can also pay in cash.

  • If you are unable to start your holiday as booked, the following cancellation policy applies:

    • up to 14 days before arrival free of charge
    • from 13 days before arrival we charge 90 % of the travel price
    • in the event of no-show or early departure, 100 % of the holiday price will be charged

    In order to avoid unnecessary costs, we recommend that you purchase a travel cancellation insurance or our Wittelsbach travel insurance in the amount of € 3.00 per person/night. In the event of cancellation at short notice before departure (due to illness or death), you will not incur any cancellation costs.

    The travel insurance can be made up to 7 days after receipt of the booking.

  • You are welcome to bring your dog (maximum height 30 cm) to our spa hotel in Bad Füssing. However, please do not forget to let us know when you book. We provide a dog blanket, dog bowl and a dog treat as a welcome gift. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the thermal spa or on the sunbathing lawn. We charge € 25.00 per day for the accommodation of your pet.

  • Liability of the hotel
    Claims for damages, irrespective of their legal basis, are excluded unless the hotel can be accused of wilful intent. If the customer is an accommodation guest, the hotel is liable for items brought into the hotel in accordance with §701 ff. BGB.

    Liability of the customer
    The customer shall be liable for damage to buildings and/or inventory caused by himself or other third parties from his area in accordance with the statutory provisions.

    Final provisions
    The place of fulfilment and payment is the hotel's registered office. Place of jurisdiction: Passau
    The invalidity of individual provisions of these GTC shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to its content. The same applies to any contractual loopholes. Hotel Wittelsbach reserves the right to correct errors, in particular typographical or spelling errors in written offers, confirmations or brochures. Deviations and ancillary agreements must be recorded in writing.
