The Wittelsbach was opened in 1981 as a spa hotel and was considered one of the leading hotels in Bad Füssing at the time. Due to a lack of new investment, it lost its lustre and appeal in the new millennium. In 2018, the Lealahabumrung family discovered and acquired the pretty jewel and, with great commitment and attention to detail, transformed it into a modern design and wellness hotel and a real place of longing for those seeking relaxation.
